The Teamkill and Cheat Community (www.tkc-community.net) announces the fifth annual World Teamkill Championship in creative gaming which is to be held from the 1st to 10th of August 2008.
June 5th, 2008 — It is time for the fifth World Teamkill Championship arranged by the non-profit organization `Teamkill and Cheat Community´. This year the championship is held between the 1st and 10th of August.
Unlike earlier years the championship is aimed at a broader audience. Like before it is hosted by the Teamkill and Cheat Community, which is responsible for appointing a competent jury. The main task of the jury is to decide if the teamkills have been made in an artistic way and rate them. This is very important as the TKC Community considers teamkilling to be an art that requires talent, which should be treated accordingly.
Moreover, the jury will be in charge of the important task of counting the amount of teamkills done per second and the total amount of simultaneous teamkills. As such artistic teamkilling while having a high teamkill per second ratio is crucial to winning this championship. The jury will sum up all these factors into an overall score.
Participants are expected to send their contributions, either a screenshot or a video, showing their accomplishments. The three best contributions are awarded certificates that will be sent to the winners upon their request. The winner will naturally be able to tell his friends, colleagues or associates that he or she is the greatest teamkiller in the world of this specific year.
Winners from earlier years are listed on the official championship page where a more detailed description of rules can be found. Contestants apply to the championship by making sure their contribution arrives before the designated end-date.
